Privacy Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026
This policy explains what Campaignova collects when you run outbound email programs on the platform, how that data is used, and the controls available to you.
1. Information we collect
Account data you provide when creating a workspace: name, work email, company, and authentication credentials.
Campaign data you upload or connect: contact records, sequence content, mailbox connection metadata, and message history.
Usage data generated as you work: sends, opens, clicks, replies, approvals, and audit events tied to your workspace.
2. How we use information
To operate the platform: authenticate users, run sequences, warm mailboxes, sync replies, and produce analytics.
To generate AI drafts and classifications for messages inside your workspace, always scoped to that workspace.
To maintain security, prevent abuse and deliverability harm, and meet legal obligations.
3. Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is bound to a tenant. Access is enforced server-side so one workspace cannot read or write another workspace's contacts, mailboxes, campaigns, or conversations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure and email-delivery providers strictly to run the service, and when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. On deletion request, campaign, contact, and conversation data is removed from active systems, apart from records we must keep for legal or audit purposes.
6. Your choices
You can export or delete contact records, add addresses to suppression lists, disconnect mailboxes, and request workspace deletion at any time.
