By creating a workspace or using Campaignova you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and the actions of users you invite to your workspace.

You may only send to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, and you must honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly.

Purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis, misleading sender identities, deceptive subject lines, and any unlawful or harassing content are prohibited.

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that puts deliverability, recipients, or the platform at risk.

AI drafts, personalization, and classifications are assistive. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent from your mailboxes.

You retain ownership of contacts, content, and messages in your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service.

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material reductions.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including acceptable-use violations.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or reputational harm from email programs you operate.
